It is important to note that ISS is not restricted by geographical region. Aside from having primary support locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Metro Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. ISS has provided support across the United States and Canada. A few examples of this would be our successfully completed six-year contract with the USDA, National Finance Center in New Orleans, Louisiana — both pre- and post-Katrina; as well as a four-year completed contract with the US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and a four-year completed contract with Ford New Holland across 26 states and Canada. In order to facilitate and support contracts of this nature, ISS incorporates a detailed implementation and transition plan that ensures proper staff and resources are available and in place prior to contract start.
